Compared with flat bottom steel silos, the hopper bottom steel silo generally has a 45°hopper, which can realize gravity unloading of grain. The silo body is a modular storage facility made of corrugated galvanized steel plates bolted together. It is specially designed for bulk grain material storage and has the core characteristics of quick installation, high durability and low-cost maintenance.

With a 45° cone hopper, gravity unloading of granular materials can be achieved. For special materials, the cone bucket angle can be customized to maximize gravity unloading.

Low residue

Reinforcement ribs can be placed externally to reduce residue on the grain silo wall

Fully consider various natural loads and process load conditions, and reasonably arrange reinforcement and plate.

Equipped with high-strength bolts, used with sealing strips to achieve airtightness.

Combined with the use of insulation technology, for materials with large temperature differences between day and night in the storage environment and high requirements for storage technology, the use of insulation technology can ensure the safety of grain storage to a greater extent.
