Mechanical Ventilation System

Mechanical ventilation is a common means of achieving safe grain storage. It uses a combination of bottom fan blowing and top fan induced air to achieve the exchange of hot and humid air in the warehouse.

TMechanical ventilation refers to the use of ventilation equipment to force the hot and humid air in the grain pile to exchange with the cold air outside silo, change the air state in the grain pile, reduce the temperature and moisture of the grain, and improve the stability of grain storage.

Steel silo ventilation adopts two forms: silo bottom ventilation (even ventilation) and silo top ventilation (eliminating condensation on the silo top).

Among them, silo bottom ventilation is divided into flat-bottom silo ventilation, semi-conical silo ventilation and full-conical silo ventilation.

The ventilation plate is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate stamping.
