Grain Monitoring System

Grain Temperature Monitoring System, is a crucial component of the steel grain silo control system. When grain inside the steel silo rots or encounters pest issues, the temperature within the silo will rise. To ensure stored grain remains at an optimal temperature and prevent spoilage due to moisture or high temperatures, it is essential to collect real-time or periodic temperature readings from designated locations in the grain bin.

Temperature Measurement Components:
The hardware of the system primarily consists of a microcomputer, the main control unit of the grain storage monitoring system, satellite units, signal transmission cables, and temperature measurement cables.

Temperature and Humidity Sensors:
The humidity sensor uses imported components with a design accuracy of ±2%, significantly higher than the standard requirement of ±5%. It also features resistance to extreme temperatures and strong corrosion resistance.

The temperature sensor has an accuracy rating of 0.5 class (-40°C to 80°C).
