Bucket elevator is the main equipment for realizing vertical lifting and conveying. It has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance and large elevating capacity. It is particularly suitable for vertical conveying of raw materials into and out of silo, and transferring between silos.



Working principle of bucket elevator:
Bucket elevator is a widely used vertical conveying equipment. Its working principle is that the traction belt is wrapped around the driving wheel (head wheel) and the tension wheel (bottom wheel), the bucket is fixed on the traction belt at a certain distance, the outer steel shell seals the bucket and the traction belt, and the material enters the moving bucket from the feed port of the machine base, is lifted along the cases, and is thrown out of the machine head by the buckets, and is discharged from the machine through the discharge pipe (slide chute), completing the vertical conveying of the material.Structure of bucket elevator:
The main components of the bucket elevator are buckets, traction mechanism, case, equipment base and machine head. 1-Traction component: The grain industry conventionally uses belt traction, commonly used rubber belt or flame-retardant high-strength rubber-plastic belt. 2-Bucket: polypropylene plastic 3-Machine base and machine head: The machine base consists of a tension wheel, a tensioning device, a shell and a feed port. The machine head consists of a driving wheel, a bearing seat, a shell and a discharge port. 4-Cases: Generally a rectangular structure.Features of bucket elevator:
