Screw conveyors can be used for horizontal and small-angle conveying of bulk grain or powdered materials, and can also be used for horizontal conveying of broken materials that are prone to arching.

Work principles of screw conveyor:

Screw conveyor is often called auger, which uses the rotation of spiral blades (or blades) to push materials along the trough to complete horizontal, inclined and vertical conveying. Its working principle is that the blades rotate in the trough to push the material to overcome the resistance of gravity to the friction of the trough and move forward along the trough. Screw conveyor can realize one or more points of feeding and one or more points of unloading. Due to its flexible layout, simple structure, small footprint, good sealing, and unrestricted conveyed materials, it is widely used in grain and oil processing, feed, chemical industry, coal, mining and other industries.
